What the Flat Rate Covers and What It Does Not

The flat rate covers everything for a new install: the mini split unit, line set, mounting hardware, electrical connections up to the panel, and the labor. We do not perform repairs or service calls. If your church addition requires a panel upgrade that was already needed, we will tell you before starting. Unusually difficult mounting or a very long line set are also exceptions stated upfront. Our focus is straightforward new installations.

Our work is performed by TDLR licensed contractors. Industry wide, ductless installs commonly run $2,000 to $5,000 per zone on a custom quote and often require an in home visit. Can a mini split heat pump handle a large fellowship hall?

Yes. A single zone unit can cool and heat a room up to about 1,500 square feet depending on layout and insulation. For larger halls, two or three zones may be needed. Our flat rates are per indoor unit, so you can scale the system to match the room size.

Will the installation disrupt our church services?

We schedule around your church's calendar. Most one to three zone installs finish in a single day, and the crew works quietly. If services are happening, we can coordinate a start time that avoids noise during worship or events. We test the system before leaving.

Do we need to upgrade our electrical panel for a mini split?

Not always. Our standard hookup connects to an existing breaker with available capacity. If your panel is full or undersized, that is an honest exception we discuss before work begins. We do not perform panel upgrades ourselves, but we can tell you what to expect.
