How Our Flat Rate Pricing Works for Remodelers

You get a price upfront without waiting for a custom quote or an in-home visit. That price stays the same unless we flag an honest exception before work starts: a very long line set, a panel upgrade the house already needed, or unusually difficult mounting. We never add surprises after the job begins. This lets you budget accurately for your client's project and avoid change orders.

The install includes a standard electrical hookup to an existing panel. For panel upgrades beyond that, or for adjacent work like insulation or ductwork demolition, we can tell you what to know but we do not offer those services ourselves. All mini splits are heat pumps, so they handle Central Texas summers and mild winters without a separate furnace. That simplifies your HVAC scope for the remodel.

Can you install a mini split in a room that has no attic or crawl space access?

Yes. Ductless systems only need a small 3-inch hole through an exterior wall for the line set. No attic or crawl space is required. Our crew routes the line set neatly and seals the penetration inside and out.

Do you work directly with the homeowner or only through the remodel contractor?

We work directly with you as the remodeler or contractor. We coordinate with your schedule, access, and finish preferences. The homeowner does not need to manage the install separately. We handle communication through you.

What happens if the line set needs to run longer than the flat rate covers?

We state any exceptions before work starts. If the standardized line set length is exceeded, we will quote that cost upfront. We never add charges after the job begins. Most residential installs fall within the standard length.
