If ice built up on the coil while the filter was dirty, that ice can melt after you restore airflow and drip as water. The filter may have been the original trigger, but the unit may still need a professional check for a clogged drain line or a faulty drain pump. Shut the system off if water continues and contact a licensed technician for an assessment.

Can I clear a mini split condensate drain line with bleach or compressed air?

It is safer not to pour bleach into the drain or blow compressed air through the line unless you have HVAC training.
