The indoor unit mounts high on the wall, usually above a desk or bookshelf, and the outdoor compressor sits on a pad or bracket. Electrical work is limited to a standard 240-volt circuit, which most homes already have available for appliances like dryers or ovens. If your panel is full, that’s an exception we’ll flag before starting.

Most single-zone installs finish in under six hours. The team tests the system before leaving, ensuring it cools to the set temperature and cycles properly. Because the work is done by TDLR-licensed contractors, the installation meets Texas electrical and refrigerant codes. If touch-up paint is needed around the line set hole, we include a Home Depot run at no extra charge. You’ll be back at your desk the same day, with no follow-up visits required.
